Our story begins in 1975 almost half a century ago  with the purchase of the very first rental property, a one bedroom, first floor flat in Saltcoats on the Ayrshire coast.      Some 13 years later, in 1988 after a change of career Cunninghame Properties was established, specialising in the letting of residential property, initially within what is known as the three towns - Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston. 

Throughout the years the business grew steadiy, year on year from our high street premises in Saltcoats with almost four hundred residential and commercial properties under management, a Factoring department and an agency for buildings insurance.

This continued, very successfully until December 2016 when semi retirement beckoned and the business was sold.

Some forty odd years later we have gone full circle as we now only lease and manage properties which our family and partners own, some under our original name of Cunninghame Properties and others under both Karylaig Investments Ltd and Karylaig Properties Ltd
